Our Repair Process

Step 1:
Estimate

Step 2:
Insurance Approval

Your vehicle damage is evaluated to determine an approximate cost of repair. Please keep in mind that there may be hidden damages that can not be seen until the vehicle is disassembled.
The insurance company may come out and inspect the vehicle in person and determine if the vehicle is repairable. This may cause minor changes to our estimate. We will negotiate to our best ability on your behalf.

Step 3:
Disassembly

Step 4:
Order Parts

Tear down can now begin. This allows us a better look at the vehicle and to determine if there is any hidden damage. If more damage is found the insurance company will be called back to re inspect the situation.

Once we have assessed what exactly needs to be done, we can then order the parts. Most parts are received very quickly, however, special order parts tend to take longer.

Step 5:
Structure Repair

Step 6:
Body Repair

At this point, your vehicle's frame is straightened back to factory specifications using our sophisticated laser measuring system.
In this step all the exterior sheet metal is aligned and put back on the vehicle. Now your vehicle is starting to look whole again.

Step 7:
Paint

Step 8:
Reassembly

Here is where every panel is prepared for paint. It is then primed and sealed. This is done so that the final color and clear coat adheres properly.
All lights, moldings bumpers and nameplates are put back on the vehicle. We also perform an all system check to make sure everything is working properly.

Step 9:
Detailing

Step 10:
Complete

In the detailing process your vehicle receives a complete clean up. The vehicle is washed and waxed. The wheels, tires, and interior are also cleaned.
Your vehicle is now ready to be picked up and is in pre-accident condition. The final paperwork is completed and the estimate is explained.
